Refund policy
Phate does not refund charges. This page says what that means, what stands regardless, and what you can do instead.
No refunds
Charges are not refunded. That is the sentence in the billing terms you agreed to on the price page. It covers the amount charged today and every recurring charge after it, in the amounts shown on the price page.
That is the whole of it. There is no refund window.
Your statutory rights
Where the law where you live gives you a right to withdraw from a purchase or to a refund, that right stands. Nothing on this page reduces it.
Stopping future charges
To cancel, write to hello@phate.app. A person stops the subscription within 5 days and confirms by email. You keep everything you have paid for.
Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not refund the last one.
Chargebacks
A chargeback is your card issuer's process, not Phate's. Phate answers one with the record it keeps. When you agree to something on the price page, or tick the line under a comparison in your account, Phate records the exact words you agreed to, the time, your IP address and the identification string your browser sends.
A problem with your sketch
If something is wrong with your sketch, write to hello@phate.app. A person looks at it within 5 days and writes back.
