How to cancel

Cancelling the subscription

To cancel, write to hello@phate.app. A person stops the subscription within 5 days and confirms by email. You keep everything you have paid for.

Write from the email address you gave on the price page, or name it in the message, so your order can be found. The contact address is also on the contact page.

What happens after

• No further charge is taken.
• The sketch, the written reading and every weekly note you have had stay yours. The page behind your delivery link does not need a live subscription.
• The weekly note keeps coming to the end of the period you have paid for, then stops.

Stopping the weekly note is a different thing

Every weekly note carries a link that stops the weekly note, and nothing else. Stopping the note does not cancel the subscription. Use that link when you want the emails to stop and the subscription to run on. The sketch, the reading and every note you have had are untouched, and the same page can turn the note back on.

Cancelling is the larger step: the charges stop, and the note stops when the paid period ends. Neither does the job of the other, and cancelling does not stop the note early.
